For some of you ladies spring cleaning your closet may not be enough your love life may need it as well. Out with the old and bad and in with the good and new. Men are not really that complicated. Men pretty much keep it simple. We on the other hand come with a handful of idiosyncrasies that the perfect man will love. Trust me he is out there.
First remember that a man doesn’t think like a woman. Thank God for that! One of you is enough. You definitely don’t want to date yourself. So remember men show their love and affection differently. But rest assured if he is the man for you he is going to love every imperfection on your body. Every annoying habit that you have. Every beautiful quality you possess and everything endearing that you have to say. Know and trust that if a man wants to be with you he will let you know. You will be his priority every day all day every second of every day. So if he is not making you a priority he is not that into you and why are you wasting your time girlfriend? You have to get ready for that perfect love that is coming your way so ditch the old and get ready for the new.
The first thing you need to know is that you have to stop waiting around for prince charming to save you. Girl, you are a capable woman so save yourself. He is only going to want you more because he knows that he has a strong EQUAL by his side. Not a helpless and hopeless woman that can’t take care of herself. He wants to know that if an emergency arises you have yourself together just as much as he does. You must work together not against each other.
Always remember that relationships are just as much about taking care of yourself as they are about taking care of the other person. Never let yourself go. Not for him, but for yourself. Talk it out it’s way easier than the “I am fine” or “Nothing is wrong” comments that we as women make and then expect him to guess what is really wrong. You are a big girl! So let him know what you are thinking and be open to more than just your side of the story. He has one too. It may just surprise you.
So as you spring into your new love remember compromise is a wonderful thing as long as you are not giving up who you are. Your perfect mate should inspire you to be a better version of yourself and vice versa. But most of all as a plus size woman looking for love confidence is everything! Why?
