Yes, this coming from a California girl. I am a bit spoiled, but in all honesty, my Hawaiian and Okinawan raised , California-living-behind wasn’t 100% ready for this life. I stressed myself out trying to find cold weather items, especially after just moving and a hella deep clothing purge.
HOWEVER, I had a blast and was extremely grateful for the friends and happiness that warmed my insides seeing all of my peeps! Thanks to Plus Model Magazine and Becca Etc Swimwear, I headed out to NY ask a guest to the Becca Etc/PMM blogger conference and to co-host an event in NJ!
So what did I opt to wear?
LAYERS and tons of them! I mean for reals! Underneath my dress, I was rocking a Yummie Tummie Shaper Dress AND a long tank top AND Ski Socks! I wasn’t playing.
