Velvet. Takes me back a few years… but for fall, especially on the runways, I have been catching a fabulous glimpse of it, and it is fancy. I am not going to lie, I have coveted and owned quite a few pieces of the velvet persuasion!
So, when I took a peek at the Queen Grace Fall Collection and saw this Zarine Dress in velvet? I was intrigued and curious! I mean, curve hugging, interestingly patterned, and a little on the sexy side? Yes, ma’am!
I actually dig the ruching that is quite forgiving if you do not like to draw attention to your tummy area (like me). Hitting right at the knee, this dress can easily be worn a variety of ways from a dinner party to a girls night out, or even on a date!
I am thinking I would like to shorten the sleeves… I love a great sleeve, but capped may be funner for me! Either way, it’s nothing a tailor couldn’t fix! LOL
