FFFWeek 2012 Indie Designer Showcase: Curvato

Do you remember the R&B group Brownstone? “If you love me, say it!”  You know THAT song?!  Well, let me tell you!  Lead singer Nicci Gilbert-Daniiels has bottled up her personal 18-year struggle as a full figured woman in the entertainment industry to fashion her own line, Curvato.

On her quest to find clothing that would compliment rather than cover up her curves, Curvato is an inspirational collection that delivers just enough drama, match with equal parts sexiness, and second helpings of fashion! Curvato Clothing is made to “Compliment A REAL Woman’s Curves and to Inspire Real Women’s Empowerment.”

For Full Figured Fashion Week, Nicci brought glam, sassiness, playfulness, in plunging necklines, playful hemlines, and body conscious shapes. I have highlighted a few of my favorites from the collection! Take a peek!
