Gotta Have it: The Monif C Whitley Dress in These Three Colors

Neons, Cutouts, and Sexiness oh MY!

I happened on Monif C’s site to check out the bathing suits once more (from her latest bathing suit collection) and was completely side tracked when I saw this:

I needed to know what THIS dress was and lean all I could about it!  The Whitley Dress is among the newest arrivals to the Monif C Summer Collection and I could not hold this baby back from sharing with you!

It comes in four colors (the last being black) but I want this neon yellow ish one or the orange! I cannot  decide!
