I am not going to lie… I had major angst in trying to figure out what to wear to MAGIC in Las Vegas. With heated forecasted be in the 110’s, knowing that I needed comfy shoes, AND I had to be somewhat cute- I was a little stressed as to what I should be wearing!
I learned in San Diego for Blog Her and through some serious forewarnings of friends to bring some comfy flats- and that I did! I do not know how others could walk miles in heels during this conference as it was HUGE! LOL
There were some things I knew I was going to wear:
- Flowing items that did not stick to my skin in 110+ weather.
- Cottons, linens, basically breathable fabrics
- Flats- whether ballet or sandals… I had to preserve the toes…
I am hunting down a pic from the last day! But! Here is what I wore for the first two days of MAGIC:
Day One:
I made my way to the Rachel Pally Sample Sale and made a nice dent! I walked away with this top! Perfect for me! I paired it with a maxi and my Melissa jelly flats! I layered on the bangles and the rigns to get this look:
Day Two:
During day one, I saw this girl do a very similar look with a wide neck loose crop top and a maxi skirt belted- and since I had all three of those pieces with me, I delved into this look! I paired another Rachel Pally top with my One Stop Plus skirt form the Spring runway collection!
