I am the most goofiest perfectionist. Seriously. I love doing my nails, but more often than not, I make a mess of my hands- only to tirelessly and frustratingly throw my hands to the nail polish remover in my failed attempts of doing my nails.
BUT! To my surprise, I found an awesome solution to my nail polish woes! I headed to Walgreens last week to pick up some nail polish for my younger cousin graduating from high school (we have this nail polish bond). I stumbled upon the Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Polish Strips, while looking for the Crackle Polish and my cousin scored- yet MY curiosity was intrigued!
Yesterday I hastened back to Walgreens, after asking my Tweeps on Twitter about these foreign polish strips. The image of fishnet fingernails had me so excited and elated! So I broke down and bought them!
AND I AM SO GEEKED I DID!
Without fudging up a manicure with an unsteady hand, I managed to rock out a gold and black fishnet manicure! Called Misbehaved, my fishnet manicure was applied in three cool steps!
- Peel off the Nail Polish
- Apply and Smooth onto my Nails
- Shape and File down to desired shape
***To protect my nails from wear, I added a clear top coat!

Seriously, in less than 30 minutes, I had a manicure that (in my eyes) ROCKS!
Where have I been? Although a bit tardy to this nail polish party, I am happy that I finally arrived!
