What’s Haute Now: The Floral Trouser- Yea or Nay?

So, last week, we tackled a shoe trend that I am still unsure of, however, I came across another trend popping up that I am not 100% sure about. ACTUALLY, I think in 9^th grade, I actually rocked these- but while I LIVED in HAWAI’I! LOL

Okay, so what is this I have come across?

These Floral Pants:

Now that they are making an interesting comeback, I am AGAIN on the fence with these! Yes, they are more boho inspired, and I can see how they would work. But I fear I would only wear these once and then that would be the end of its life. I am all for the floral prints and wide leg pants… just not how sure I am feeling them together… I may have to try some on…

    Skirt I could see, even a jumpsuit. Personally, I don’t wear jumpsuits, but it could be cute. But the pants…no thanks!

I did floral pants in the 80s. I had about 3 pairs of Adrienne Vitaddini floral pants. My hips are in no way as slim as they were back then. So I’ll say nah to this one.

I think we’re better off sticking to dresses & blouses when it comes to floral prints. Pants are so temporary. Like you said, you’d be over it really quickly

Maybe if they were harem pants, I would rock em. Saw a pair of cute harem pants on Forever21′s site.

I actually like the concept of the floral pant, of which I’d probably do a basic tee or mix with stripes, but I have to try them on first before I am in LOVE with the trend!
