Twinkle Toes with Keds- Yea or Nay?

Earlier in the Spring, an other collaboration forÂ fashionÂ designer, Stacey Bendet of Alice+Olivia was announced. Collaborating with Keds, the designer took the Keds shoe, weÂ grewÂ up on (or at least I did) and made it all fancy and sparkly! She took away the laces, converted it to a slip on, and now we have instantÂ glamorÂ in a tennis shoe!

InitiallyÂ exclusiveÂ to Neimans, now found at select sores, this $88 sneaker is sure to add some glitz to you wardrobe!

However, I want to know, would you don these? And HOW would you wear them?

Here are some of my ideas:

An alternative to a ballet slipper
With my skinny jeans
WithÂ a short sun dress?
as a contrast to an all black or all white outfit?

Love them, I am wearing a pair of sparkly converse now. If they were cheaper I would get a pair.

I love Keds, when I can find them. Now about the sparkly bits. Normally I love sparkle bits, sparkly flats, sure (I own a pair), but not sneakers.

Definitely yea! I think they would go great with skinny jeans, and help add some sparkle to sporty/casual outfits. I’m a sucker for anything sparkly anyway so I truly love these!

I only own 3 pairs of sneaks and one happens to be a pair of gold sequin hi-top lace up Converse. (They cost less than the ones you have featured) I rock them with leggings or skinny jeans and make sure my outfit is as plain as possible so that the sneaks can be the main attraction…

I think they’re cute. I would wear the silver with denim.

I was also thinking they would be great for any woman who has a foot injury and can’t wear a heel at the moment.
