Comments on: Saks, high end designer fashions, and the discerning plus size woman

I’m still looking for an understandable definition of “extended sizes.” I’ve seen a few attempts at it, but they don’t cut it. How is it different from plus sizes…or woman’s sizes? Are the proportions different? Is it just a euphemism for plus sizes?

It's a step in the right direction, but unless the designers bring their usual creativity and quality to the table, they can keep their “size 14 across the board”. But paying lip service and then turning around to just turn out more Lane Bryant ICON foolishness in ill-fitting black poly isn't going to make me whip our my Saks card.
