I agree, Asos is definitely stepping up their game! I blogged about this dress too as a potential birthday outfit… you have inspired me to see how I would accessorize it…

i really liked the dress until i viewed the catwalk on asos curves. the dress looks as if it should hug your curves but it hung too loose on the model. but then again, my curves are bodacious so it would look very different on me. ok, i like it again, lol.

Why why WHY if it is only available in sizes 20-26 do they show it on a woman who is NOT in that size range? I think it’s great and would probably look kick ass on a real plus size girl, but I second guess it when they don’t have the courage to have the girls they design it for wear it. Boooo!

That dress is hot! I could see myself in that for my 30th birthday this fall and I saw some stockings that would really look hot with the dress! I’ve seen a lot of pieces I’d like to order but the size guide has me scared. I wear a 20 in US sizes (usually a 22 in UK sizes)- down from a 24!!!! And it says the Asos 22 is a 18 US, but the dimensions seem to match a 20 US. I’m confused. Can anyone who has ordered from them before let me know if the cut is as small as the size conversion indicates or are the dimensions the correct thing to follow? TIA

Ok Marie, that is a SUPER hot dress! I just got invited to a Black and White ball next week Saturday. I’m going to make a move on this one! If the fit is right for me, I’ll send a pic for show n’ tell :-)
