Last Sunday,Trudy’s Bridal, in Campbell, fashioned the bay area’s first plus size bridal trunk show. Never have I been so catered to! I had the best time any future bride-to-be could have (and I am nowhere near walking down the aisle).
Stepping into the room, I was a queen- never-ending mimosas at my fingertips, decadent red velvet cupcakes within arms reach, and sweet white chocolate treats sprinkled throughout the room. But this was only the beginning- never had I seen an array of dress with such intricate, exquisite, and sumptuous designs- ALL IN MY SIZE!

Trudy's Plus Size bridal Trunk Show- Gorgeous with Curves
Dresses of lace, silk, organza, and color (even blue- their number one seller in the UK!) beckoned my curves. If I had my way I woud buy them all!!!  I couldn’t tell you which dress was my favorite because each dress I could see myself wearing. Options were unlimited and that is rarity for plus size women.

Trudy’s Bridal trunk show “Gorgeous with Curvesâ€Â featured gowns from Enzoani’s.  Each dress featured was available up to an astoundingly rare size 30! In addition to this, each gown is constructed with a built in corset so you do not have to buy extra undergarments to wear underneath the dress.  WHEW!
I had the opportunity to talk to one guest of the trunk show and she stated that she was so excited to see that she had choices that would cater to her body and although a wedding is a life changing event, her biggest fear was the dress but now she is at ease.
