Plus size fashion is finally getting noticed for its ability to produce high fashion spreads, beautiful models, and pointed perspective and redefinition of “fashion.”
With this change, more and more women, who are frustrated with the lack of options, are becoming more bold and daring with their voices, talents, and  pocketbooks! And for the woman located in Northern California, her choices are just as limited.
Set to make a change for the positive, the Bay Area will soon have its own major fashion show dedicated to the plus size fashionistas! Kiss the Curves, will fashion eight segments, with designers and boutiques from within the Bay and across the nation, who are serving the Curvy Fashionistas with the latest in plus size fashion!
Announced last month, Kiss the Curves is a project being produced by local plus model and actress, Tracie Collins. She has round up the best talent and fashion insiders to bring you the best plus size fashion has to offer.
Plus Model Magazine AND SKORCH Magazine will be in the house! Sterling James from KBLX will be the host, local designers IGIGI and Corinthia Peoples will sashay down the runway, and there is so much more!
Located at the Historic Sweets Ballroom, Kiss the Curves is sure to leave its mark in and on the BAY! I am so happy! Pardon my bias, as I am terribly geeked about it! And you know I HAD to get involved! I will be styling the show, and will rock Marie Denee down the runway, but enough about me!
