Plus Size on The Fashion Show

“Real Women” on “The Fashion Show”

The Fashion ShowSo, I do not know if you have made your way over to Bravo’s “The Fashion Show,” but I must admit, as I bide my time, awaiting for the premier of “Project Runway,” I have found a new guilty pleasure in watching this eerily bitten concept Bravo has brought us.

However, I write not to give my viewpoints on the concept, but to address the upcoming issue. “The Fashion Show’s” newest episode is to dress “Real Women” with real curves. In this challenge, airing June 4th, the designers are tasked to reveal their attention to detail, then work with padding and body-enhancing fabrics in the elimination challenge.

What would sound like a sigh of relief and utter excitement only irritates me as we see in previews two girls complaining about their models’ “43 and 45 inch ass.” Really? Since when is a size 16/18 and higher a daunting task, causing one to break down and cry?

I am for one grossly intrigued to watch this episode, just to see what is going to happen with this one! What do you think? Do you watch the show? Have you seen this week’s preview?

Keep it Curvy.Confident.Chic.

Funny thing those “designers” that are complaining about their real women models are not size 0 or 2 themselves. Cracks me up how these fashion people are so judgmental and don’t have a clue about the REAL people who will probably be buying their fashion if they win the show.

I can’t wait to see this. I will probably end up of being mad at some of the contestants just like I was mad at Stylista for basically making the fat girl mad that she was fat and then voting her off because she was fat.
