Faith 21- Forever 21 Launches Plus Size?!

Hello all my Curvy.Confident.Chic. Fashionistas!

Now, I do not know if you have noticed, but plus size fashion and its woes are creeping up all over the news! Do they hear our cry? Could it be that fashion’s snub to the stylish girl with chub will actually let us come and play too? With all this attention we are getting in the LA Times, one would think so!

In my last post, I shared how some designers are recognizing the overt discrimination of size when it relates to fashion. What I did not cover was another corresponding article in regards to size and fashion.

One of my favorite stores that I love to hate (because pieces are so cute, cheap, and chic but never fit) is coming to YOU! Who? You will never believe this!
Forever 21 is launching a new concept store within a store called “Faith 21.” I know! It is about time they moved forward with this! In this LA Times story, Forever 21 will launch Faith 21 in May 2009! Faith 21 will open in few selected stores, but will be available online!

What a better way to mix high and low fashions to showcase your own style! Another outlet for any Curvy.Confident.Chic. Fashionista is always a PLUS!
Will Forever 21’s Faith 21 deliver on fashion, fit, and fierceness? We will see!
